Buckden, St. Mary's church interior from the east (1), January 2009

A modern interior view of Buckden parish church as seen from the chancel at the east end in 2009.

At the near left is the eagle lectern (first used on Easter Sunday, 1st April 1888), immediately beyond it is the crib still present after Christmas for Epiphany, at the west end is the glass-windowed tower room with the bell ringers chamber above and to the right the pulpit.
